Ameris LGT Secondaries IV Investment Fund
From our consideration,
By means of the herein, duly authorized for that purpose, by virtue of the provisions of the
Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 in relation to Article 9″ and second paragraph of Article
10%, both of Law N* 18.045; I communicate to you, the following ESSENTIAL FACT
with respect to Ameris LGT Secondaries IV Investment Fund, hereinafter the “Fund”.
In Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Ameris Capital General Fund Manager
S.A. held on August 5, 2022, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend
amounting to the total amount of US$ 1,042,950.88.- charged to the net profit received
Estimated for the financial year 2022, distributed, as follows:

This dividend will be paid as of Thursday, August 11, 2022, through
bank transfer, to the Contributors who appear registered as such in the Register of
Fund contributors at midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date of payment,
corresponding to the amount resulting from dividing the total amount to be distributed by the number of
fees subscribed and paid, which appear in said Registry on the date indicated above.
