of Ameris LGT CCO Contributors Il Fondo
Investment
From our consideration,
Hereby, duly empowered for that purpose, by virtue of the provisions of the
provided in Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 in relation to Article 9 and Article
10 second paragraph of Law No. 18.045; I communicate to you, the following FACT
ESSENTIAL with respect to Ameris LGT CCO ll Investment Fund (hereinafter the
“Background”).
By agreement of the board of directors of Ameris Capital Administradora General de
Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”) agreed to summon the Ordinary Assembly of
Fund contributors, to be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.
in the first summons, and at 11:15 a.m., in the second summons – in case in the
first summons will not reach sufficient quorum- on Avenida El Golf N*82,
5th floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, being able to those contributors who do so
wish to participate by videoconference (the “Assembly”).
The purpose of the Assembly is to deal with the following matters:
L Approve the annual account of the Fund to be presented by the Administrator
on the management and administration of the Fund, approve the financial statements of the Fund.

2. To elect the members of the Supervisory Committee and fix their remuneration;
3. Approve the income and expense budget of the Supervisory Committee;
4. To appoint, from among a list of three candidates proposed by the Supervisory Committee, the
external audit company of those registered in the Register that

5. Appoint the independent expert or valuers who are
required to value the Fund’s investments; and
6. In general, any matter of common interest of the contributors who
is not typical of an Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors.
The contributors who are entitled to participate in the Assembly will have the right to participate in the Assembly.
