From our consideration:
We hereby come to communicate to you regarding
Ameris Financing for Access to Housing Investment Fund (the “Fund”,
managed by Ameris Capital Administradora Ceneral de Fondos S.A. (the
“Administrator’), which according to the decision adopted in an extraordinary session of
directory of the Administrator of January 17, 2023, as well as the provisions of the
Article 34.2 of its Rules of Procedure, a capital reduction has been agreed
voluntary equivalent to up to 0.39 per cent of the subscribed and paid contributions of the Fund, so that,
is returned to all Contributors who so request, the return of the capital in the
proportion that corresponds to them, in the form, conditions and deadlines indicated to
continuation:
1 Each of the Fund Contributors shall have the right to opt for the return of
capital in proportion to the number of quotas held by it, on the last trading day
of the month prior to the month corresponding to the payment of the partiality of the respective
decrease, due to the amortization of capital of mutual mortgages and
of the letters of credit corresponding to mortgage loans in which you have invested
the Fund.
2. The total number of shares subscribed and paid from the Fund on the last trading day
of the corresponding month, i.e. 30 December 2022, was a total of
9,337,452 C series and 9,773,122 L series; that is, for a total of 19,110,574 quotas for this

3. The amounts actually received, during the calendar quarter of September
2022 to December 2022, for the amortization of capital of mutual societies
mortgages and / or mortgage bills, amount to the total sum of $ 91,653,691.-,
corresponding to $44,139,988.- for series C; and $47,513,703.- for Series L.
4. The value of each share by which the capital is reduced shall be determined by taking the
Quota value of December 30, 2022, which amounted to $ 1,227.3723.- for the
series C, and $1,261.3476 for series |.
5. Whereas the maximum number of shares by which the capital may be reduced
of the Fund in this partiality, is determined by the amount indicated in the number
2) above divided by the quota value indicated in the number 3) above; number of
quotas which must also be approximated to the integer immediately below; result
that the maximum number of shares by which the capital of the Fund may be reduced,
for this partiality, it is 35,963 series C quotas and 37,669 series 1 quotas,
corresponding to a total of 73,632 quotas, for both series.
6. The foregoing is reflected in the table below:

7. The total number of quotas in which the Contributor may participate in the reduction of
capital, will be proportional to the percentage of participation in the total number of
Contributions to the Fund referred to in No. 1) above.
8. In the event that the Contributor expresses his willingness to concur with the total quotas
that corresponds to it according to its prorata, may also increase on those quotas
in respect of which the other contributors have not exercised their right to
concur.
9. The Administrator shall pay the installments in which the capital is reduced, corresponding
to the fourth quarter of 2022, for those who have voluntarily accepted
to this, as of February 7, 2023, by electronic transfer to the
bank checking account of each contributor who are registered in the
Respective registration at midnight on the 5″ business day prior to the payment date.
Finally, we inform that the deadline for contributors
exercise this right, it is Tuesday, January 24, 2023; for which, they must
