Ref. Announces dividend distribution of
Ameris DVA Silicon Fund Investment Fund
From our consideration,
By means of the herein, duly authorized for that purpose, by virtue of the provisions of the
Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 in relation to Article 9 and second paragraph of Article
10%, both of Law N* 18.045; I communicate to you, the following ESSENTIAL FACT
with respect to Ameris DVA Silicon Fund Investment Fund, hereinafter the “Fund”.
In extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of Ameris Capital Administradora General de Fondos
S.A. held on May 30, 2022, it was agreed to distribute a definitive dividend
amounting to the total amount of USD$ 2,902,459.56, an amount corresponding to 30% of the
Net Earnings Received that may be distributed as definitive dividends, of
agreement with the balance sheet of the aforementioned Fund as of December 31, 2021.
For these purposes, the amount that would correspond to pay, considering the number of installments
subscribed and paid as of May 30, 2022 (by way of reference), is as follows:

This dividend will be paid as of Tuesday, June 28, 2022, to Contributors who
are registered as such in the Register of Fund Contributors at midnight on
fifth business day preceding that date. Each installment will correspond to the amount resulting from
divide the above amount by the number of installments subscribed and paid at midnight
of the fifth business day prior to the date of payment.
In accordance with point “H” N* 5 of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure,
It will offer contributors the following alternatives for the payment of their dividends:
. Option N* 1: – Reinvest all or part of your dividends in shares of the
Fund, at the equivalent value of the quotas at the closing price of the date
payment of dividends (June 30, 2022).
. Option N? 2: Deposit to your bank account in CLP, to be deposited
the value equivalent to its dividends in US dollars from the Fund, using
the exchange rate of the Observed Dollar published by the Central Bank of Chile,
calculated on the day immediately preceding the payment date (June 29, 2022);
in the account previously registered by you in the Administrator.
. Option N?* 3: Deposit to your bank account in Dollars, to be

the Administrator previously.
In the absence of an express pronouncement, it is understood that the investor opts for N* 2.
The deadline for contributors to opt for an alternative dividend payment expires on the day
