Ref. Announces dividend distribution of
Ameris Direct Debt Investment Fund
From our consideration,
Hereby, duly empowered for that purpose, by virtue of the provisions of the
provided in Article 18 of Law No. 20.712 in relation to Article 9 and Article 10
second paragraph of Law No. 18,045; I communicate to you, the following ESSENTIAL FACT
with respect to Ameris Direct Debt Investment Fund, hereinafter the “Fund”.
In extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of Ameris Capital Administradora
General de Fondos S.A. held on September 22, 2022, it was agreed to distribute
a provisional dividend amounting to the total amount of $ 533,440,626.-, which will be imputed
to the net profit received (“BNP”) for the year 2022
It is noted that, by virtue of the provisions of number 5.5 of the Title
IX of the Internal Regulations of the Fund, it will be offered to the contributors that the payment of the
dividends corresponding to the quotas of its property, is made according to any of the
Following alternatives:

AMERIS
i. It is reinvested in quotas of the same Fund, representing a value
equivalent.
ii. Deposit to your bank account, previously registered by the contributor in the
Administrator.
iii. Paid-up contributions to the Fund, representing equivalent capitalisation
(“offspring”);
For these purposes, they must indicate this preference in writing, which
must be sent to the Administrator no later than Tuesday, October 4, 2022.
In the event that the contributor does not express his willingness to receive the payment of dividends from
In the manner proposed above, dividends will be paid to you by deposit to your account

Finally, it is reported that this dividend will be paid from the day
Friday, October 7, 2022, by bank transfer or in installments released from the
fund, to the Contributors who appear registered as such in the Register of Contributors of the
Fund at midnight on the fifth business day preceding the date of payment, corresponding to
amount resulting from dividing the total amount to be distributed by the number of installments subscribed and
paid, which appear in said Registry on the date indicated above.
