Ref. Notifies the summons to the Ordinary Assembly of
Contributors of Ameris Desarrollo Inmobiliario Perú 2
Investment Fund
From our consideration,
Hereby, duly empowered for that purpose, by virtue of the provisions of the
provided in Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 in relation to Article 9? and article 10 paragraph
second of Law No. 18.045; I communicate to you, the following ESSENTIAL FACT regarding
of Ameris Desarrollo Inmobiliario Perú 2 Fondo de Inversión (hereinafter the “Fund”).
By agreement of the board of directors of Ameris Capital Administradora General de
Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”) agreed to summon the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the
Merits, to be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. on first summons, and
11:45 a.m., in the second summons -in case the first summons is not reached
sufficient quorum- in Avenida El Golf N*82, 5th floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago,
those contributors who wish to do so may participate by videoconference (the
“Assembly”).
The purpose of the Assembly is to deal with the following matters:
L Approve the annual account of the Fund to be submitted by the Administrator,
concerning the management and administration of the Fund;
2. To elect the members of the Supervisory Committee and fix their remuneration;
3. To approve the budget of expenses and revenues of the Supervisory Committee;
4. To appoint, from among a list of three candidates proposed by the Supervisory Committee, the
external audit dam of those registered in the Registry that for this purpose
leads the Commission for the Financial Market;
5. To appoint the independent appraiser(s) or appraisers required to
enhance the Fund’s investments;

6. Appoint the members of the Investment Committee; and
7. In general, any matter of common interest of the contributors other than
proper of an Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors.
They will have the right to participate in the Assembly the contributors who are
registered in the Register of contributors at midnight on the fifth working day preceding the
Date of its celebration.
