From our consideration:
We hereby come to communicate to you regarding
Ameris Debt Home Equity Investment Fund (the “Fund”), administered
by Ameris Capital Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), which of

The amounts actually received, during the calendar quarter from April to June
of 2022, for the concept of amortization of capital of mutual mortgages and / or bills
mortgages, amount to the total sum of $ 68,394,748.-, corresponding to
$30,968,939.- for series C; and $37,425,809- for the IL series
The value of each installment in which the capital is decreased, will be determined by taking the value
fee of June 30, 2022, which amounted to $ 1,146.7853.- for series C, and
$1,173.2596 for Series I.
Whereas the maximum number of shares by which the capital of the
Fund in this partiality, is determined by the amount indicated in number 2)
previous divided by the quota value indicated in number 3) above; Number of installments
which must also be approximated to the immediately lower integer; It turns out that the
maximum number of quotas by which the capital of the Fund may be reduced, for this
partiality, is up to 27,005 series C quotas and up to 31,899 series l quotas,
corresponding to a total of up to 58,904 quotas, for both series.

The total number of quotas in which the Contributor may participate in the reduction of
capital, will be proportional to the percentage of participation in the total number of quotas
of the Fund referred to in number 1) above.
In the event that the Contributor expresses his willingness to concur with the total of quotas that
corresponds to it according to its prorata, it may also increase on those quotas with respect to
of which the other contributors have not exercised their right to attend.
The Administrator will pay the installments in which the capital is reduced, corresponding to the
