capital reduction of Ameris Carteras
Commercial and Investment Funds
From our consideration,
By means of the herein, duly authorized for that purpose, by virtue of the provisions of the
Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 in relation to Article 9″ and second paragraph of Article 10%,
both of Law No. 18.045; I communicate to you, the following ESSENTIAL FACT with respect to
Ameris Commercial Portfolios | Investment Fund, hereinafter the “Fund”.
In extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of Ameris Capital Administradora General de Fondos
S.A. held on January 16, 2023, it was agreed with respect to this Fund:
1) Distribute a provisional dividend, amounting to the total amount of $262,340,012.-
charged to the estimated net profit received for the year 2023 distributed to the
contributors to the Fund’s A series, as follows:

2) Make a decrease in capital, by reducing the value of quota, in
in accordance with what was agreed at the extraordinary meeting of this Fund, held with

Both the capital reduction and the aforementioned provisional dividend will be paid to
count from Tuesday, January 24, 2023, by bank transfer, to the Contributors
who are registered as such in the Fund’s Register of Contributors at midnight on the following day.

the total amount to be distributed by the number of installments subscribed and paid, which appear in said
Registration on the aforementioned date.
