Commercial Portfolios | Investment Fund, informed
in Essential Fact of December 16, 2022.
From our consideration,
Duly empowered to do so hereby under the provisions of
in Article 18 of Law N*20.712 in relation to Article 9? and second paragraph of the article
10%, both of Law N* 18.045; I communicate to you, the following ESSENTIAL FACT with respect to
Ameris Commercial Portfolios | Investment Fund, hereinafter the “Fund”.
In extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of Ameris Capital Administradora
General de Fondos SA, dated December 21, 2022, proceeded to rectify the
approved distribution of interim dividends for Ameris Portfolios
Commercial | Investment Fund, approved at extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors on
December 16, 2022; As for an error in the calculation of the factors, a
Dividend amount that did not correspond.
Therefore, in accordance with what was rectified by the Board of Directors, the dividends that
correspond to report for this Fund, attributable to the Net Profit Received for the year
2022, are as follows:
It was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend, amounting to the total amount of
$213,307,512.- charged to the estimated net profit received for 2022
distributed to Series A contributors to the Fund, as follows

In all other respects, the Board of Directors fully confirmed what had already been reported in the
Essential event dated December 16 of the present, including the decrease in capital
by approximately 0.72% of the quota value; for a total amount of $167,513,000.-; and the date of
Payment of both distributions by Friday, December 23, 2022.
