capital reduction of Ameris Carteras
Commercial and Investment Funds
From our consideration,
By means of the herein, duly authorized for that purpose, by virtue of the provisions of the
Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 in relation to Article 9″ and second paragraph of Article 10%,
both of Law No. 18.045; I communicate to you, the following ESSENTIAL FACT with respect to
Ameris Commercial Portfolios | Investment Fund, hereinafter the “Fund”.
In extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of Ameris Capital Administradora General de Fondos
S.A. held on December 16, 2022, it was agreed with respect to this Fund:
1) Distribute a provisional dividend, amounting to the total amount of Ch$223,916,057.- with
Charge to the estimated net profit received for the year 2022 distributed to contributors
of the Fund’s A series, as follows:

2) Make a decrease in capital, by reducing the value of quota, in
in accordance with what was agreed at the extraordinary meeting of this Fund, held with

results from dividing the total amount to be distributed by the number of installments subscribed and paid, which
