Ameris CESL Investment Fund
From our consideration,
Hereby, duly empowered for that purpose, by virtue of
of the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 in relation to Article 9″ and
second paragraph of Article 10%, both of Law N*18,045; We communicate to you
the following ESSENTIAL FACT, regarding Ameris CESL II Investment Fund,
hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”.
At Ameris Capital’s Extraordinary Board of Directors’ Meeting
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”) held on
April 21, 2023, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend corresponding to
Ameris CESL Il Investment Fund (the “Fund”), amounting to the total amount of
US$ 1,565,504.69.-, charged to the estimated net profit received for the year
2023, according to the following detail:
