Ameris CESL II Investment Fund
From our consideration,
By means of the herein, duly authorized for that purpose, by virtue of
the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 in relation to Article 9″ and subsection
second of Article 10% both of Law No. 18,045; We communicate to you the
next ESSENTIAL FACT, regarding Ameris CESL Il Fondo de Inversión, in
forward the “Fund”.
At Ameris Capital’s Extraordinary Board of Directors’ Meeting
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”) held on
3 March 2023, the following was agreed:
1) Decrease the capital by decreasing the quota value of the Fund, in
the terms governed by Chapter X N*2 of its Rules of Procedure,
corresponding to an approximate 1.01% of the equity, considering the
Number of installments subscribed and paid as of March 3, 2023, for a total
of US$709,423.53.-, distributed as follows:
