In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and the
Articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of the Securities Market Law, duly
authorized to do so, I hereby communicate to you the following as
Essential fact:
Today, November 16, 2022, at an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of
Ameris Capital Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Company”), agreed
distribute a provisional dividend of the Company, charged to the profits of the
Fiscal year ending December 31, 2022, in the amount of $400,000,000.-
, equivalent to $ 1 per share, considering a total of 400,000,000.- shares
subscribed and paid as of this date.
Finally, the Board agreed that the payment of dividends will be made from
of December 6, 2022, to shareholders who are registered in the
respective registration, on the fifth business day prior to this date, by transfer
electronic to the accounts previously reported by shareholders, on a pro rata basis
of the number of shares held by them at that date.
