Ref. Announces dividend distribution of
Ameris Alternativos I Investment Fund
From our consideration,
By means of the herein, duly authorized for that purpose, by virtue of the provisions of the
Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 in relation to Article 9″ and second paragraph of Article
10%, both of Law N* 18.045; I communicate to you, the following ESSENTIAL FACT
with respect to Ameris Alternativos 1 Investment Fund, hereinafter the “Fund”.
In extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of Ameris Capital Administradora General de Fondos
S.A. held on June 16, 2022, and as agreed at the ordinary meeting of
contributors to the Fund dated May 3, 2022; The distribution of a dividend was approved
final charge to the missing amount to complete the 30% BNP payment
corresponding to the financial year 2021 in accordance with the provisions of the Internal Regulations,
for a total amount of USD 611,087.07.-, in order to distribute it among its different
series, as follows:

This dividend will be paid as of Thursday, June 23, 2022, by transfer
electronic, to Contributors who are registered as such in the Register of Contributors
of the Fund at midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date of payment, corresponding to
to the amount resulting from dividing the total amount to be distributed by the number of installments subscribed
