In compliance with the provisions of article 9 and the second paragraph of article
10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and the provisions of NCG N? 30, and
being duly empowered to do so, in the terms provided by the

regarding América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. (“AMX”) [BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX |
AMOV] that on April 14 its shareholders meeting in assemblies approved,
Among other matters, the following:
Buyback Fund
To establish a fund for the acquisition of own shares during the
Period April 2023 – April 2024 in the amount of $ 20,000 million, amount that
will include the balance of AMX’s own share buyback fund as of today.
Cancellation of Treasury Shares
The cancellation of all shares that AMX held in treasury, acquired
as part of its share acquisition programme (buy-back), and the
Amendment to article six of the bylaws to reflect the capital reduction
social proportional to the cancelled shares.

The appointment, including ratifications, of the following persons as
members of the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and the
Audit and Corporate Practices:
