From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of the
Law N* 18.045 on the Securities Market, and the provisions of NCG N* 30, and finding myself
duly authorized to do so, in the terms provided for in the third paragraph of the
Article 106 of the Securities Market Law I come to inform regarding América Móvil,
S.A.B. de C.V. (“AMX”) [BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX | AMOV] dated October 5,
2022, Chile’s National Economic Prosecutor’s Office (FNE) approved the agreement announced for
combine the Chilean operations of Liberty Latin America Ltd. and AMX, VTR and Claro Chile;
in order to form a joint venture (50:50).
The parties expect to complete the transaction imminently.
