Law N* 18.045 on the Securities Market, and the provisions of NCG N” 30, and finding myself
duly authorized to do so, in the terms provided for in the third paragraph of the
Article 106 of the Securities Market Law I come to inform regarding América Móvil,
S.A.B. de C.V, (‘AMX’) [BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX | AMOV] dated September 29
of 2022, the shares were listed and listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange
representing the capital stock of Sitios Latinoamérica, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Sitios Latam”),
with the LASITE quote key, independently of AMX shares. The
definitive information prospectus regarding the registration of the shares of Sitios Latam se
is available for consultation in www.bmv.com.mx, www.cnbv.gob.mx,
www.americamovil.com and www.siteslatam.com.
In the case of shares that are not deposited in the S.D. Indeval Institution
for the Depósito de Valores, S.A. de C.V. (“Indeval”), the exercise of this right is
will be held from December 1, 2022, at the offices of Banco Inbursa, S.A.,
