Mexico City, July 21, 2022. América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. (“AMX”)
[BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX | AMOV], informs that today it has become aware
that, in the absence of an agreement between its subsidiary Teléfonos de México, S.A.B. de C.V.
(“Telmex”) and the Sindicato de Telefonistas de la República Mexicana, said union has
started a strike. The union and Telmex, with the mediation of the Ministry of Labor
and Social Security, are in dialogue with the intention of reaching an agreement in
the next few hours. Meanwhile, Telmex continues to provide its services in
benefit of your end customers.
