In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of the
Law N* 18.045 on the Securities Market, and the provisions of NCG N* 30, and finding myself
duly authorized to do so, in the terms provided for in the third paragraph of the
Article 106 of the Securities Market Law I come to inform regarding América Móvil,
S.A.B. de C.V. (“AMX”) [BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX | AMOV] which as of today concluded
the sale of 100% of its stake in its subsidiary Claro Panamá, S.A. to Cable 8
Wireless Panama, S.A., an affiliate of Liberty Latin America LTD. Transaction excludes
the telecommunications towers that are directly owned by AMX in Panama and the
Brands of course.
