From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law N2
18.045 on the Securities Market, and the provisions of NCG No. 30, and finding myself duly
empowered to do so, in the terms provided for in the third paragraph of Article 106 of the Law on
Mercado de Valores I come to inform regarding América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. (“AMX”) [BMV:
AMX] [NYSE: AMX | AMOV] that its shareholders meeting in meetings held today
Approved, inter alia, the following:
Dividend
The payment of an ordinary cash dividend in the amount of $0.44 (forty-four)
cents of peso) per share, payable in an exhibition on August 29, 2022, to each of
the shares of the series “AA”, “A” and “L” representing the share capital of AMX (includes the
preferred dividend corresponding to the shares of the “L” series.).
Buyback Fund
An increase of $26,000 million pesos in the fund destined for the
Acquisition of treasury shares. Derived from the above, the fund destined to the acquisition of
Own shares during the period April 2022 – April 2023, has a balance of $36,539 million
pesos, as of today.
