From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of the Law
N* 18.045 on the Securities Market and the provisions of General Standard N* 30 of
This Commission, duly empowered to do so, hereby communicates to you in its capacity as
essential fact of Alza Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Company”), the following:
On August 17, 2022, Mrs. Dominique Vinet Brand submitted her resignation to the
position of General Manager of the Company, for strictly personal reasons. Such waiver
was accepted by the Board of Directors in a special session held on August 17, and
became effective as of that same date. The board accepted the resignation and thanked the lady
Vinet for the contribution and commitment delivered during his management.
In consideration of the above, at that meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company agreed to appoint
to Mr. Lucas Landea Briones, so that, as of this date, he assumes as General Manager, in
as Deputy of the Company, until the new General Manager is appointed; all of which
shall be duly informed to this Commission, the general market and the rest of the entities
Relevant.
