On May 05, 2022, Mrs. Tina Rosenfeld Kreisselmeyer submitted her resignation
to the position of Director of the Company, for strictly personal reasons. This resignation was
accepted by the Board of Directors at its regular meeting on May 9, and became effective
from that same date.
