Ref: Communicates essential fact that indicates ALTIS S.A General Administrator of Funds.
Dear Sir or Madam:
I hereby find myself duly empowered to that effect and in compliance with
the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and the provisions of
in Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, we hereby communicate as
essential fact, that on January 30, 2023, in Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of
ALTIS S.A Administradora General de Fondos (the “Company”), discussed and agreed as follows:
(1) Ms. Marisol Gómez Villanueva submitted her resignation from the position of Director of the Society,
which became effective immediately, being designated in its replacement, in accordance with
to the provisions of Article 32 of Law No. 18,045 on Corporations, to Mr. Juan
Carlos Parra Ulloa, who will hold this position until the celebration of the next Meeting
Ordinary Shareholders of the Company.
(11) Mr. Alfredo Tagle Silva presented his resignation from the position of General Manager of the Company,
which will be effective as of February 28, 2023, being appointed as a new Manager
General of the Society to Mrs. Marisol Gómez Villanueva, who will assume the position of
as of February 28, 2023.
