ALTAMAR X MIDMARKET INVESTMENT FUND

By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10% of
the Securities Market Law, in relation to Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Altamar Investment X Midmarket (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you how
essential fact that in the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund held on the day
24 May 2022, the following was agreed:
1.
The annual account of the Fund submitted by the Administrator, relating to
the management and administration of the Fund and the related financial statements;
It was agreed to elect as members of the Supervisory Committee Messrs. Maria
Carolina Jaramillo Valdés, Pablo Eugenio Moran Ronco and Valentina Leiva Sapiains,
and their remuneration was set at 20 Development Units per session, with a maximum
of 5 sessions;
The expenditure budget for the 200-unit Supervisory Committee was approved
Development;
It was agreed to appoint TAAS Audit as the Fund’s external audit firm
SpA (Grant Thornton); and
It was agreed that the Fund should be appointed as independent experts or valuers of the Fund.
