From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, by means of the
I hereby communicate as an Essential Fact, with respect to the Fund, the following:
1. At the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, held on May 24,
2022, it was agreed:
to. To approve: /i/ the annual account of the Fund, relating to the management and
administration of the Fund, and the related financial statements.
b. Failure to distribute dividends charged to the year ended December 31
of 2021.
Cc. To appoint Mr. Diego Ulloa as members of the Supervisory Committee
Budinich; Sebastián Bertelsen and Juan Carlos Délano.
d. Approve the expenditure budget of the Supervisory Committee by the amount
100 Development Units;
e. To fix the remuneration of the Supervisory Committee at the amount of 15
Development Units for each session they attend with a maximum limit
5 sessions per year;
f. Appoint PKF Auditores as external auditors; and
g. Appoint Analytics Lab and Colliers as independent consultants
International to value the Fund’s investments.
2. At the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors held on May 24
of 2022, the following agreements were adopted:
to. The modification of numeral 2.7 of number Two Section VII was approved
Rules of Procedure of the Fund, referring to the Supervisory Committee.
