By virtue of the provisions of Article 18 “of Law No. 20,712 on the Administration
of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios and in relation to article 9″ and 10″ of the Law
18.045 of the Securities Market, being duly authorized, hereby
I inform you as an essential fact, that in accordance with what has been agreed in
Board Session Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
Administrator), held on April 26, 2023, a
decrease in capital and distribution of provisional dividends of the Fund, in the
Following terms:
The decrease in capital shall be effected by decreasing the value of each
one of the contributions of the Fund, for a total amount EUR 2,480,000.00.
The distribution of the provisional dividend, charged to the net profits received for the year
2022, will be of a total amount of EUR 550,000.00.
The payment of the decrease in capital and dividend indicated, will be made from the day
May 03, 2023 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida
El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to
18:00 hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry at 5 “
business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments of which they are
holders as of that date.
