ESSENTIAL FACT
ALTAMAR SECONDARIES IX INVESTMENT FUND

Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph of Article 10? of the Law
of the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18? of Law No. 20,712, duly
and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Activos S.A. Administradora General de
Funds (the “Administrator”), management company of the Altamar Investment Fund
Secondaries IX (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you as an essential fact that in the
Ordinary and Extraordinary Meetings of Fund Contributors held on May 24
of 2022, the following was agreed:
A) Ordinary Assembly of Contributors:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator was approved, relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and related financial statements;
2. It was agreed to elect Sergio Quintana Urioste as members of the Supervisory Committee,
Catalina Piderit Albornoz and Luis Felipe Galleguillos Martin and their remuneration was set at
20 Development Units per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
3. The expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee of 100 Units of
Development;
4. It was agreed to appoint PKF Chile Auditores as the Fund’s external audit firm
Consultants Limited; and
5. It was agreed to appoint BC as independent experts or valuers of the Fund
Advisors and M31.
B) Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors:
1. It was agreed to modify numeral 2.7 of number TWO “COMMITTEE OF
VIGILANCE” of Title VII “CORPORATE GOVERNANCE STANDARDS” of the
rules of procedure of the Fund; and
2. It was agreed to adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the
Decisions of the Assembly.
