By virtue of the provisions of Article 18 “of Law No. 20,712 on the Administration
of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios and in relation to article 9″ and 10″ of the Law
18.045 of the Securities Market, being duly authorized, hereby
I inform you as an essential fact, that in accordance with what has been agreed in
Board Session Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
Administrator), held on May 18, 2022, and in accordance with number
FIVE of Title IX and TWO of Title X of the Internal Regulations of the Investment Fund
Altamar Secondaries IX (the “Fund”), will carry out the capital decrease of the
Merits, as follows:
The decrease in capital shall be effected by decreasing the value of each
one of the contributions of the Fund, for a total amount EUR 1,343,688.98.
The payment of the capital reduction will be made as of May 25, 2022 in
the offices of the Management Company, located at Avenida El Bosque Norte N”
0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at
Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day prior to
the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments held by them at that date.
