Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 9* and 10, second paragraph, of the
Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Inversión Altamar Galdana Ventures Il (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you how
essential fact that in the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund held on the 24th
of May 2022, the following was agreed:
1.
The annual account of the Fund submitted by the Administrator relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and related financial statements;
It was agreed to elect Mr. María del Pilar as members of the Supervisory Committee.
Sanguineti Urizar, Luis Miranda Salas and Cristobal Sarquis Giacaman, and set his
remuneration in 15 Unidades de Fomento per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
The expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee of 100 Units of
Development;
It was agreed to appoint PKF Chile as the Fund’s external audit firm
Auditores Consultores Limitada; and
It was agreed to appoint as independent experts or valuers of the Fund to Pact
Capital.
