In accordance with the provisions of General Standard No. 30 and paragraph I of Circular No. 660 of October 22, 1986, in my capacity as General Manager of Almendral S.A., and duly authorized for this purpose by the Board of Directors of the Company, I would like to inform you, as an essential fact or relevant information, The following:
At the Board meeting of November 25, 2022, the Board of Directors of Almendral S.A. agreed to pay a provisional dividend of $1 per share, that is, for the total amount of Ch$18,017,579,131.-, charged to the profits of the year 2022. The payment of this provisional dividend will be made as of December 12, 2022.
