In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and paragraph 2 of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 and General Standard No. 30, issued by your entity, I inform you, as an ESSENTIAL FACT, which relates to the company and its public offer values, that at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of Almendral S.A., held on this same date, it was agreed to distribute an eventual dividend charged to the accumulated profits of previous years, corresponding to $4.2 per share, as of July 6, 2022, to shareholders who are registered in the Shareholders’ Registry at midnight of the fifth business day prior to the date of payment.
