Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 100, both of Law 18,045, on the Stock Market
of Securities, in accordance with the provisions of Law 18,046, on Corporations, and General Standard No.
30 of the Commission, the undersigned, duly empowered for such purpose, hereby informs you as a Material Fact of
Alfa Transmisora de Energía S.A. (hereinafter, “the Company”), the following:
At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 28, 2023, at the Company’s offices located at Avda.
Apoquindo 4501, 15th floor, Las Condes, Santiago, the following matters were discussed:
1. The Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Statement of Income of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2007 were approved.
on December 31, 2022;
2. The External Auditors’ Report was approved;
The external audit firm EY Audit SpA was appointed for the 2023 fiscal year;
4. It was unanimously approved not to distribute dividends against the 2022 fiscal year;
5. The Board of Directors of the Company was elected as follows: Santiago Carlos Oraa Gil, Jaime Luis Sáenz Denis, Alan Heinen Alves, Alan Heinen Alves, Santiago Carlos Oraa Gil and Jaime Luis Sáenz Denis.

6. Transactions with related entities referred to in Articles 44 and 89 of the Corporate Law were reported.
