By virtue of the provisions of articles 9% and 100 of Law 18,045, on
Securities Market, in accordance with the provisions of Article 63% of the Law
18.046, on Corporations, and General Standard N030 of the
Commission in charge, the undersigned, duly empowered for this purpose, reports in
character of Essential Fact of Alfa Transmisora de Energía S.A. (hereinafter, “the
Society”), as follows:
At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on June 10, 2022, at
the offices of the Company located at Avda. Apoquindo 4501, 19th Floor, Office 1902,
commune of Las Condes, Santiago, the following matters were discussed:
1. The Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Income Statement of the company were approved.
Company corresponding to the year ended December 31
of 2021.
2. The Report of the External Auditors was approved.
3. The external audit firm EY Audit SpA was appointed for the
Fiscal year 2022.
4. It was unanimously approved not to distribute dividends charged to the financial year
2021.
5. The Company’s final Board of Directors was elected.
6. Operations with related entities referred to were reported
