The following:
At the Board meeting held on June 7 of this year, the Board of Directors of the
Company agreed to schedule Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on June 10, 2022, at 11 a.m.
hours, in order to submit the following matters for consideration by shareholders:

Approval of the Company’s Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Income Statement
for the year ended 31 December 2021;
Approval of the Report of the External Auditors;
Appointment of External Auditors for the financial year 2022;
Distribution of profits and distribution of dividends for the year 2021;
Election of the Company’s final Board of Directors;
Operations with related entities referred to in Articles 44 and 89 of the Law
on Corporations;
Designation of the newspaper in which the publications ordered by the Law on
Corporations; and
Policy definition to determine the Distributable Liquid Profit.
