In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Market
of Securities and other current regulations, we inform as an Essential Fact that the
Board of Directors of Alemana Seguros S.A., in ordinary meeting held today, of
in accordance with the provisions of Article 147, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,046, agreed
update the General Policy of Regularity.

GENERAL POLICY OF REGULARITY FOR TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN PARTIES
RELATED UNDER ARTICLE 147 OF THE COMPANIES ACT

MARCH 30, 2023.
1. OBJECTIVE.
The purpose of this update of the General Regularity Policy is
determine the usual operations of Alemana Seguros S.A. (hereinafter the
“Company”) which, being ordinary in consideration of their line of business, may
be carried out, executed and/or concluded with related parties (the “Transactions”
Customary”), without the need to comply with the requirements, formalities and
Procedures established in numerals 1) to 7) of the first paragraph of the
Article 147 of the Law on Corporations, incorporated by Law No. 20,382
of Corporate Governance Standards, to the extent that such operations
are intended to contribute to the social interest and are adjusted in price, terms and
conditions to those that prevail in the market at the time of their approval or
celebration.
This policy has been approved by the Board of Directors of Alemana Seguros S.A.
as prescribed by the aforementioned article 147 second paragraph of Law No. 18,046 of
Corporations.
2. SCOPE.
All ordinary operations in consideration of the business of Alemana Seguros S.A.
with their related persons.
3. POLICY.
For the purposes of this General Policy of Habituality, it is recorded
that the sole object of the company is to insure and reinsure, on the basis of premiums, or
in the manner authorized by law, the risks to persons or to guarantee them,
within or at the end of a term, a capital, a policy paid off or an income for the
insured or their beneficiaries, in accordance with the provisions of Articles Four and
Eighth of the Decree with Force of Law number two hundred and fifty-one of one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-one, or in the laws or regulations that
may replace, modify or supplement it, and perform all other acts
or contracts that the Law allows the insurance companies of the second
group.
Usual operations of Alemana Seguros S.A. with parties
related all those operations, acts, contracts and / or businesses that this
performs, executes, participates and/or celebrates with related parties, independent of
whatever its amount, term or validity, regardless of whether your contract is for periods
monthly, half-yearly, annually or for a longer period, to the extent that such
operations are framed within its corporate line and / or are necessary for the
normal development of the Company’s activities in the exercise and fulfillment of
its social turn, which must be taken into consideration for its qualification of
habituality the frequency and similarity of these with operations, acts and contracts
that the Company carries out or has carried out in an ordinary and frequent manner
within its turn.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, these operations must always have as their object
contribute to the social interest and adjust in price, terms and conditions to those
that prevail in the market at the time of their realization, execution and/or
celebration.
In view of the Company’s business and its complementary activities,
They shall regard normal transactions which may be carried out without complying with the
requirements established in Article 147 of the Law on Corporations which
are indicated below, which must be carried out within the ordinary turn
of the Company and contracted with its related persons, in particular with the
shareholder companies Grupo Alemana SpA and Clínica Alemana de Santiago S.A. and their
subsidiaries, or those other persons who hereafter become
related to the Company:

Investment, procurement and internal audit, the
Contracting of services and personnel, services of technologies of the
information, and other services that are ancillary or complementary to the

b. The acquisition, transfer and lease of all kinds of goods,
movable or immovable, tangible or incorporeal, necessary for the
development, operation and maintenance of the Company’s assets and business,

REVIEW AND UPDATE.
This update of the Policy is effective on March 30, 2023 and
any modification shall be made by the Board of Directors in the same manner in
that it has been adopted.

DIFFUSION.
In accordance with the provisions of letter b) of Article 147 of the Law on Companies
Anonymous, once the changes have been approved by the Board of Directors, the
Policy update will be reported as essential fact.
The Policy will be available to shareholders at the registered office of the
Company and will be published on the website www.alemanaseguros.cl
