From our consideration:
Through this letter and in accordance with the provisions of number V letter A of
General Standard No. 275 of 19 January 2010, as amended by
the General Standard No. 355 of December 2, 2013, we communicate the
next relevant fact in relation to AHD Auditores y Consultores SpA., RUT
N*77.009.583-2, registered in the Register of External Audit Companies under number
106, hereinafter referred to as “AHD”:
We inform this Commission for the Financial Market that the shareholders agreed to the
transformation of AHD Auditores y Consultores SpA, from a joint stock company to
a limited liability company.
AHD Auditores y Consultores Limitada will continue with the same turn and the same Unique Role
Tributary, since this transformation only corresponds to a change of species or type
social of the company, carried out by reform of its statutes, subsisting its
Legal personality.
We make present that all legal supports, which support the reported fact
previously, they will be sent to this Commission in accordance with the provisions of the NCG
N*275, once the corresponding legal formalities have been completed.
