By resolution of the Board of Directors adopted in ordinary session
of the month of March 2023, it was decided to convene the gentlemen
shareholders to Extraordinary General Meeting for the 26th day
April 2023, at 11:00 a.m., Apoquindo Avenue N* 6550,
