Ref: Informs summons to Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 and paragraph
second of article 10% of Law 18,046 and Character Norm
General N* 30 of the former Superintendence of Securities and
Seguros, Aguas San Pedro S.A., company registered with N”
145 of the Register of Reporting Entities, reports in
Essential factual character The following:
By resolution of the Board of Directors adopted in ordinary session
of the month of March 2023, it was decided to convene the gentlemen
shareholders to Ordinary General Meeting for April 26
of 2023, at 10:00 hours, which will take effect in
Avenida Apoquindo N* 6550, Piso 18, de la comuna de Las
Condes, Metropolitan Region.
The purpose of the Board shall be to decide on
the following subjects.
1. Report, Balance Sheet and the report of the Auditors
External, corresponding to the year ended
December 31, 2022.
2. Distribution of profits for 2022 and
Dividend policy for the year 2023.
3. Renewal or formation of the Board of Directors and establishment
of remuneration for the financial year 2023.
4. Appointment of the External Auditors for the
fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.

5. The designation of the newspaper where it is to be made
the publication of notices of summons to the Board of
Shareholders and other social publications that
Proceed.
6. Publicize the Board resolutions adopted
on those matters referred to in the article
44 of the Law on Corporations.
7. Any other matter of social interest that is
of an Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
The same agreement authorized the undersigned to communicate the
