By virtue of the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of the Market Law of
Values and in my capacity as General Manager of the company Aguas Patagonia
of Aysén S.A., registration in the Register of Reporting Entities No. 79,
I inform you that on November 7, 2022 a contract has been signed
with the company Patagonia Sostenible de Aysén SpA, corresponding to the
Public tender “Transport and Disposal of Sludge Generated in Plants
of Sewage Treatment, Aguas Patagonia de Aysen S.A.” for Aguas
Patagonia de Aysén S.A., for an amount of a) $34,541,100 plus VAT, monthly,
(b) by way of guaranteed minimum quantities transported and
unit prices on the minimum quantities transported, indicated in
the company’s offer. The contract will have a duration of 1 year, being able to
Renew for another year.
Taking into consideration the amount of the contract and the fact that the successful bidder
is a company related to Aguas Patagonia de Aysén S.A., has
I consider it necessary to report this fact as essential.
