By virtue of the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of the Market Law of
Values and in my capacity as General Manager of the company Aguas Patagonia
of Aysén S.A., registration in the Register of Reporting Entities No. 79,
I inform you that on October 4, 2022 a contract has been signed
with the company Patagonia Sostenible de Aysén SpA., corresponding to the
public tender “Cleaning of Sewage Infrastructure, Water
Patagonia de Aysén S.A.”, the service will be executed under the serial system
of unit prices, with annual readjustment and without advance, paid by means of the
presentation of monthly Payment Statements, following what is expressed in the
this Contract and adhering to the following Bidding documents
Public “Cleaning of Sewage Infrastructure”, which is
understands are an integral part of it, for all legal purposes
and that the parties declare to be aware. The contract will have a duration of 1
year, being able to be renewed for one more year.
Taking into consideration the amount of the contract and the fact that the successful bidder
is a company related to Aguas Patagonia de Aysén S.A., has
I consider it necessary to report this fact as essential.
