The setting of the remuneration of the Board of Directors for the financial year 2022;
The appointment of the company’s external auditors for the financial year 2022;
Acts and/or contracts concluded by the company with related persons or with persons in which one or more directors have had
interest, approved by the Board of Directors during fiscal year 2021, if applicable;
6. The choice of the newspaper to carry out the publications of the Society; and
7. Any other matter of social interest that is not specific to the Extraordinary Meeting.
