From our consideration:
On this date, an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting was held at the offices of the
Company, located at Isidora Goyenechea 3600, 4th floor, in the commune of Las Condes,
with the assistance of 100 % of the shares issued by the company in which, the
Unanimity of shareholders, he agreed.
a) That the Company ceases to be registered in the Securities Registry of the
CMF, for having ceased to comply with the requirements that oblige it to
be registered in that Register.
b) That the Company requests the cancellation of the registration of the Company
in the Securities Registry of the CMF.
c) Adopt all the agreements that are necessary to carry out the
request for cancellation of registration of the Company in the Register of
Values maintained by the CMF; in particular, the granting of
Powers conferred for the materialization of the cancellation
Referred.
This communication is made pursuant to art. 90 and second paragraph
of art. 10 of Law 18.045 and in Section II, numeral 2.2 of the Character Norm
General N* 30, by delegation of the Board, as this is an essential fact of the
Society.
