I inform you that, at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors held on this date, that
Body agreed to distribute a provisional dividend, for a total amount of
$12,423,090,482, charged to expected profits for the 2022 business year, which
shall be distributed in proportion to the number of shares of each of the shareholders of the
Company, at a rate of $ 67.0226- per share, to this date, which will be paid to the
Shareholders, in cash, as of August 25 of this year,
at the Company’s offices located at Isidora Goyenechea 3600, 49th floor, commune
of Las Condes, Santiago.
This communication is made pursuant to art. 9% and second paragraph
of art. 10 of Law 18.045 and in Section II, numeral 2.2 of the Character Norm
General N930, by delegation of the Board of Directors, as it is an essential fact of the
Society.
