On this date, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting was held at the offices of the
Company located in Isidora Goyenechea 3600, 4th floor, of the commune of Las Condes,
with the assistance of 100% of the shares issued by the company, where they were treated
matters specific to that type of Assembly and, in particular, they agreed.
i) Ratify the Provisional Dividends of Ch$3,847,729,510, approved by the Board of Directors.

1) Distribute as definitive dividends; the remainder of profits, amounting to
$8.260.916.193 to be paid at the rate of $8.5240 which will be paid to the
Shareholders, in cash, as of April 30, 2023 in the
offices of the Company located at Isidora Goyenechea 3600, floor 4%, commune of Las
Condes, Santiago.
