Ref. Resolution of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting
From our consideration,
Under the provisions of NCG No. 30 of 1989 and NGC No.
364 of 2014 of the Commission for the Financial Market, I inform you, in the capacity of
essential fact that by Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Aguas Décima S.A., held
on this same date, it agreed to the total renewal of the Board of Directors of the Company, after
Analyze the proposed candidates the shareholders unanimously designate as
principal and alternate directors of the Company to the following persons:

In this way, the Board agreed that this Board will last in its
functions for a period of two years from the present date, and must be
renewed at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to be held in 2024.
Additionally, with this same date and immediately to
continuation of the previous Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, the previous full members
of the Board of Directors indicated above through an Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company,
proceeded to appoint and renew the position of President of the Society to Don Eduardo
Vyhmeister Hechenleitner and as Vice President of the Society Mr. Takeshi Kurioka
who were present accepted their charges.
This communication is made pursuant to the provisions of
C of number 2.2 of section Il of General Standard No 30, as it is
an essential fact regarding society.
