On September 28, 2022, a credit agreement was signed with Scotiabank Bank for
the amount of two million eight hundred and seventeen thousand UF for the period 2022 for debt reprofiling, of
compliance with what is authorized by the Water Directory of Antofagasta.
This information is made in accordance with the regulations laid down in NCG No 30 of this authority,
