From our consideration,
On this date, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting was held at the offices of the
Company located in Isidora Goyenechea 3600, 4th floor, of the commune of Las Condes,
with the assistance of 100% of the shares issued by the company, where they were treated
matters specific to that type of Assembly and, in particular, they agreed.
i) Ratify the Provisional Dividends for 6,309,175,676, approved in Sessions
Ordinary Board of Directors;
(ii) Distribute as final dividends; the remainder of profits, amounting to
$6,499,610,754 to be paid at the rate of $6.2146 for each share which will be
