In accordance with the provisions of articles 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of Law 18,045, as well as in General Rule No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, by means of the present, it is communicated as an essential fact with respect to the Company, its businesses, its public offer securities or the offer thereof, The following:
That with this date in ordinary session No. 535, the Board of Directors of the Company agreed unanimously of its members present, to distribute among the shareholders the sum of Ch$35,000,052,388, as a provisional dividend, on account of the profits of the year 2022. In view of the foregoing, the Company’s 74th interim dividend will amount to $5.71993 per share and will be payable as of December 16, 2022.
