That during this morning the nineteenth Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Company was held, in which the Board of Directors was renewed, resulting in the election of the following persons:

Next, the Board of Directors of the Company met, a session in which it was unanimously agreed by its members present to appoint Mr. Felipe Larraín Aspillaga as President of the Company and the Society.
Likewise, it was agreed that Mr. Rodrigo Manubens Moltedo, Jaime Arellano Quintana and Fernando Samaniego Sangroniz and their respective alternates will be members of the Directors’ Committee.
