From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of
Law N* 18.045, on the Securities Market, and General Rule N? 30 of the
Commission for the Financial Market (“CMPF”), being duly empowered for this purpose,
I inform you of the following as an Essential Fact of Agrosuper S.A. (“Agrosuper”
or the “Company”):
At the extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, April 13,
2023, it was agreed to call an Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for April 28, 2023, at
8:30 a.m., at the offices of the Society, located at Camino La Estrella N*”401, Sector
Punta de Cortés, Rancagua, in order to deal with the following matters:
to. Approval of the annual report, balance sheet, financial statements and report of the
External Auditors for the year ended December 31,
2022.
b. Distribution of profits and distribution of dividends for the year corresponding to
Year 2022.
Renewal of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Set remuneration of the Board of Directors for the year 2023.
To account for the expenses of the Board of Directors during 2022.
Appoint External Auditors for the financial year 2023.
Determine the newspaper in which the publications of the Society will be made.
Give an account of Operations with related persons (Title XVI of the Law)
N*18.046).

i. Other matters of social interest and competence of the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders.
The Company will make available to shareholders and the general public on the website
of the www.agrosuper.com Company, the Annual Report as of December 31, 2022.
The Financial Statements for the same year are already published and
available on the website of the Company and the Commission for the Financial Market.
